NimbleNeuro ("we," "us," or "our") is a telehealth booking platform operated by MyBasic LLC on behalf of Dr. Decontee Jimmeh, M.D. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform at nimble.mybasicllc.com.

- Account information: Name, email address, and password collected during sign-up via Clerk.
- Booking information: Appointment date, time, and service tier selected.
- Payment information: Processed entirely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
- Contact information: Phone number, if provided, used solely for appointment SMS reminders.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your appointments
- To send appointment confirmations and reminders via SMS
- To generate Google Meet video links for your consultations
- To process payments securely through Stripe
- To communicate platform updates or service changes
4. What We Do Not Store
NimbleNeuro does not store medical records, clinical notes, diagnoses, or treatment information. Video consultations occur over Google Meet and are not recorded or stored by our platform. SMS reminders contain no medical or clinical details.
5. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following trusted third parties:
- Clerk — Authentication and account management
- Stripe — Payment processing
- Google Workspace — Calendar and video (Google Meet)
- Twilio — SMS notifications
Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, Clerk-managed authentication, Stripe-managed payment data, and server-side input validation. We do not log personally identifiable information in server logs.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. You may also delete your account directly from your profile settings.
